The month of April is here once again, which means it’s time for another Bethel tradition—Family Month!

Family Month is the time when we embrace what God teaches us about all aspects of living as a Christian family. Throughout this month we will have the chance to learn more about our families and grow closer to them through events rooted in lessons from the Bible.

Family Month began on April 1st with the Kickoff event, but if you’ve missed it, don’t worry! There are plenty of opportunities to get involved. For example, each week we gather and learn about the diverse familial relationships, provide spaces for intimate family connections, and capture memorable moments as a godly family. So, bring your family to experience a movie night, followed by an Intergenerational Conversation that will bring all perspectives, no matter the age, to the table. Later, enjoy our multi-talented Children’s Ministry at the Kids Talent Show and join the Young Adults Ministry for a Single Adult Gathering. Finally, we’ll wrap up with the 3rd annual Bethel Tradition—the Haitian Food Festival! Experience the tastes of Haiti right at Bethel, and celebrate the rich culture and traditions of our home country!

Also happening during this month is our Easter celebration, which will begin with the Easter Conference. From April 13th until the 20th, join us every night at 7pm to explore the beauty of the sacrifice God made for us and how it impacts our lives as Christians today. Then, join us on Easter Sunday at 11am for a special Easter service, where we will celebrate the act of love that covered our sins and bridged us closer to God Almighty.

This time with family deepens the appreciation for one another through conversation, thought, and prayer. During each activity, everyone is encouraged to notice and embrace the similarities and differences in one another. Family Month uplifts and supports every aspect of the familial home.
